Why do I receive a statement every month?
- Statements are generated every five weeks to show activity on your account so you can verify information being billed is accurate. Please contact us if you need to update any information.

Do I need to do anything with my statement if it says no patient balance due?
- Yes, you need to verify the insurance filed on your account is correct. If any amount is reporting in the 31-60 day column as pending with your insurance you will need to contact your insurance company to inquire as to status of your claim being processed.

Why do I need to leave a message for customer service?
- By leaving a message we are able to reconcile the account and make any necessary calls to your insurance company prior to returning your call. This eliminates hold time and assures each call that is received is addressed in a timely manner.

What information should I leave on the customer service voicemail in order for my call to be returned?
- Patient's name, your name, physician's name, account number and a daytime telephone number. We will reconcile your account and return your call within 24 hours of the time your message was received.

Can I pay my bill over the telephone and is there a charge?
- Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover over the telephone at no charge.

Why do I have to pay at the time of my visit if I have insurance?
- Copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles are due at the time of service as it is a requirement of the contract we have with your insurance company

Why does the physician office not know if my insurance will pay for my visit in full?
- Each insurance company offers many different plans, it is not possible for our office to determine benefits for you or assure you that certain services are covered. You will need to contact your insurance company or benefit office to verify the exact coverage you have.
