As a Saints Medical Group physician, you will be involved in decisions impacting the group overall.  Through a physician-directed Board of Managers and a well-defined committee structure, physicians of the group have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the practice including strategic planning, finance and operations, compensation, and quality management.  Additionally, because the group has employed a strategy of operating multiple small clinics, each physician has a great deal of control over his/her practice operations.
